Handmade to order

Most Built By Brok products are made to order. Ready-to-ship pieces are marked clearly on their product pages when they are available.

Where we ship

Built By Brok ships only to addresses in the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, D.C. Free standard shipping is included in the prices shown on the site for every eligible destination. There is no pickup or local delivery.

Eligible destinations include:

• Residential street addresses in the contiguous 48 states or Washington, D.C.
• Business street addresses in the contiguous 48 states or Washington, D.C.
• USPS P.O. boxes located in the contiguous 48 states or Washington, D.C.

We do not ship to:

• Alaska or Hawaii
• U.S. territories
• International destinations
• APO, FPO, or DPO military addresses

We do not offer shipping outside this area, exceptions to these limits, or separate expedited shipping options on the website.

Carriers

Orders typically leave the studio with USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Built By Brok chooses the carrier and service that fit each order. We do not promise that any particular order will ship with a specific carrier. P.O. box shipments are sent with USPS or another verified P.O.-box-compatible delivery service.

Production time and transit

Production time is the time spent making your piece before it leaves the studio. Carrier transit time begins after the package has shipped and varies by route.

Each product page lists the current production estimate for that piece. Those estimates can change with order volume. Shipping timelines are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Tracking

When shipping and tracking details are available for your order, we share them through the order process used for that purchase. We do not promise a specific notification method beyond what that process provides.
